The Beach House Lymington SO41 0PT

Really lovely stay overnight in a twin room with very high beds and thick mattresses. No view from the room but this didn't matter to us! Stuart was our server who was very attentive and engaging. Had a very silly evening with lovely food, conversation and flowing drinks! Breakfast was nice in the morning with continental available and hot food available to order but included in the price. Mia was our helpful and friendly server in the morning.

The house and grounds are beautiful, the staff are all fabulous and attentive. And the food is near on perfect (would have liked more chips and not in a bowl) Stuart looked after us and all the guest around us with all the poise and professionalism that you would expect of the very best establishments. Having worked in a customer facing role myself with the pressure to adapt to people and situations, I recognise when others do it well and Stuart got it just right. Will definitely visit again.

We had a Sunday roast. They only had beef and nut roast on today. The beef was perfect, decent portions and lovely and pink. My other half had the nut roast and said that it was really tasty. They do a smaller potion sized roast, but not a child sized one as such. Fine if you have a child with a healthy appetite! They only had decaf coffee when we went, which was a shame. The chap who served us was a good laugh and we had fun there. The building and the way everything looks inside is great. It is also a great place to go to for a drink in the summer. Kids love to play on the leant over tree in the garden.

This is our second visit to the Beach house Hotel, The location is perfect,a 2 minutes walk to the beach front. Staff are friendly willing and helpful. The rooms are clean comfortable and spacious I can not recommend this hotel highly enough, We will definitely return.

Didn't stay here, but if the rooms are as nice as the rest of the place, I'm guessing they are lovely. We booked as a party of 8 on a Sunday afternoon for dinner. 4 adults and 4 children. Our host could not have been more welcoming! He kept the kids entertained ( as well as the adults), and nothing was too much trouble. The food was also excellent with enough choice to keep everyone happy. Overall, it is a highly pleasant evening, and we would certainly recommend .

Just by chance I found the House on the Beach for a short overnight stay! There were four of us in our party my daughter and husband and my grand daughter (5) and me. If you are ever able to stay book this amazing place!!! From the first person to the last we met in the team everyone was the most positive and helpful I have had the pleasure in meeting! We arrived on a very hot day with an very busy bar and Resturant all the team were under pressure but nothing was a problem and from this moment when ever we met a member of the beach house it was such an uplifting experience to meet such motivated and positive people! Thank you to the whole team you really made our stay fantastic! The rooms are great hot but to be expected and the food in the evening and breakfast really good!! If you are in the beach house area and are thinking of a place to stay. Book the beach house you will not find a better place.

We had the most amazing mini-moon stay at The Beach House. The guesthouse is beautifully decorated with rustic charm, stunning sea views, and even a glimpse of the Isle of Wight. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the freestanding bath! The staff made our stay extra special. Alex, our first waiter, was so bubbly and friendly – he even brought us complimentary champagne when he found out we had just got married. He was also super knowledgeable about the local brewery’s beers. Leanne greeted us warmly, noticed my wedding bouquet, and remembered us throughout our stay, always checking in. On our second night, Leo was fantastic – he gave great food recommendations and carefully checked ingredients when I asked, showing real care and attention. Overall, this was the best stay we’ve ever had. We’re so glad we chose The Beach House and can’t wait to come back – highly recommend!
